In this Q&A Pod Lawrence and Patrick answer some of the questions from the Eat Train Progress Facebook page.

The topics the guys cover include;

- DOMS

- How much progression you should make when lifting if you don't want to power lift but you do want to stay healthy.

- Working with the general population and what protocol you use to decide what they should eat. Is it a copy and paste job?

- What is the best way to periodise training for strength gains without losing muscular endurance.

While you're listening you can find SBS on Instagram and Snapchat @ShredByScience, the Judd is @LozJudd on Snapchat and @SBS_Lawrence on Instagram and making his debut, you can find Patrick on Instagram, too @EatTrainProgress.

The Shredded By Science Team are currently snowed under preparing for the new SBS Academy launching later this month, so instead of leaving you without a pod this week, we've pulled one from the vaults.

-

Once again Lawrence is joined by some fascinating guests in this episode of SBS Radio.

Mike Zourdos is an assistant professor at Florida Atlantic University and is the director of the muscle physiology lab there. What he doesn't know about muscles isn't worth knowing and Eric Helms is a PhD Candidate studying Strength and Conditioning so he knows S&C inside out. Eric is also a body building coach with a focus on Science based coaching.

The three guys gather around the microphone to talk about the six levels of the training pyramid. What's that you say? We're not going to tell you here, you best download this episode and subscribe!

If this podcast has piqued your interest in the mentioned books you can find them through this link: http://muscleandstrengthpyramids.com/
