Alberto also answers a listener's question in this episode and Luke proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that you get more gains in the UK than in the US.

Having just finished donning their smoking jackets and filling their pipes, Lawrence and Patrick have gathered around the fireside to about Fat Personal trainers.

While you're listening you can find SBS on Instagram and Snapchat @ShredByScience and while you're at it you can find the Judd on @LozJudd.
