Lawrence's special guest is the magical Patrick Umphrey.

The two discuss the nature of Food Environment, why you shouldn't sit with a box of Cheetos and Lawrence confuses Patrick by nipping to the shop for a trolley full of crisps and Magnums before going for a Cheeky Nando's.

While you're here, don't forget to head on over to the SBS Academy.

Terrified of the microphone, Lawrence has asked Evan Chaffey to protect him from it in this episode.

The two discuss some more of the training pyramid that we looked at last time on the podcast. In particular, you'll be learning about Exercise Selection, Rest Periods and Tempo.

Once again Lawrence is joined by some fascinating guests in this episode of SBS Radio.

Mike Zourdos is an assistant professor at Florida Atlantic University and is the director of the muscle physiology lab there. What he doesn't know about muscles isn't worth knowing and Eric Helms is a PhD Candidate studying Strength and Conditioning so he knows S&C inside out. Eric is also a body building coach with a focus on Science based coaching.

The three guys gather around the microphone to talk about the six levels of the training pyramid. What's that you say? We're not going to tell you here, you best download this episode and subscribe!

Lawrence is joined by Kris King in today's episode where you'll get jealous of Kris' job.

Once Kris introduces himself and he'll start to spill the beans on Obstacle Course Racing, and what you should do before you sign up for one.

Just a quick note, when speaking to us, Kris was on his phone so the audio quality isn't the best and unfortunately the call seemed to drop once or twice so you'll notice Kris seems to skip a few words in a sentence occasionally. Sorry about that.

If you want to find Kris online you can find him on Facebook as Kris King, Kris' page is Project Breaking Point and on Twitter go follow @CoachKingy

We're winding back time with this podcast to take another look at an episode from last year.

Armi, Lawrence and Emma are answering the questions that everyone wants the answer to - How do we make something a habit, and how long does that process take?

Armi discusses how it's harder to start doing something than stop doing it, Emma reveals some strategies for dealing with going on holiday, and why the week you're away isn't necessarily why your routine changes after a holiday, and Lawrence has some penguins on his pants.
